Blue Angels Yearbook 1981 (8 Autographs With Provenance) Plus Navy Version 1981.
In 1981 I met pilot #7 Lt. Kevin Miller, at the Salinas, CA Airshow. He took my copy of the blue version of the Blue Angels 1981 Yearbook and had all the other pilots sign it. See photographs, along with a signed letter from Lt. Miller on Blue Angels stationary and his business card.
As you can see from his letter, he wished me well in my aviation pursuits. I was 14 at the time, but when I attempted to join the military in 1988 I was not admitted due to colorblindness. I pursued a different career.
Also. Lt. Miller sent me the Navy's official Blue Angel 1981 Yearbook (no autographs).
The blue yearbook is in Good condition. The white yearbook is in Near Mint to Very Fine condition.
I would truly like to see this collection go a Naval or military museum, or to a Veteran who appreciates it a great deal. I hope to see it go to a good home and displayed for friends and family to see.
I've seen just the blue cover yearbook priced on eBay for -. I don't know exactly what the value of this collection is, so I figured each book is worth , plus per autograph. I believe the provenance of Lt. Miller's signed letter supports a value of 0, possibly more.
