round base neodymium magnet
has 16 lb holding power. The threaded stud is #6-32.
This
neodymium round base
magnet is made of a super strong neodymium magnet encased inside a chrome plated steel cup. The neodymium magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesives. This design forms a strong magnetic bond which triples the holding force to 16 lbs! At the same time, the steel cup also protects the magnet from being damaged when used frequently. The threaded stud on the magnet is provided for ease of integration into projects.
The holding power of 16 lbs is when the cup is in direct contact with steel.
