    Description

    Up for auction, rare and unusual find for the military aircraft enthusiast.  According to online searches, these are also popularly adapted for dune buggy fuel tanks. Also would make a cute gas tank on a rat rod. It has some red paint on it that appears to be original. It seems to be complete so it would probably still hold air.  A little over 2 feet in length and 12" in diameter.  No markings to indicate manufacturer, etc., but I found several pictures on line indicating this came from a B-17 bomber.  Shipping will be .00 anywhere in continental U.S.A. or customer pickup is always welcome.
